Innovative Format

This Online Event follows an innovative format for transformational learning in response to and harnessing post-2020 ways of meeting, learning and working.        

The journey combines cohort-based online camps (transformational learning) with online mentoring and coaching.

It will run at a moderate pace over 10 weeks to make attendance easy and light rather than combining too much information into a short time. This also allows you to organise their time and integrate the deeper transformational changes.

The format is based on a learning-by-doing approach (70:20:10)

10% knowledge transfer (talks, knowledge bites in labs)

20% 1-on-1 and team mentoring and coaching plus peer events

70% doing, doing, doing, experimenting, doing, sharing about doing, Q&As about doing, retrospect doing. 

                Together and individually.

After this transformation-catalysing cohort, we can host peer circles or pods to support each other's continuous learning and transformation into the future.

You will get inspired, learn simple micro-practices and start to experiment with immediate positive effects on the culture of your team.    Examples of micro-practices are authentic check-in, competency compass, lifelong learning matrix, engagement booster, 3-sec democratic decision making, 15-min peer consulting, collective sense-making, simple retrospectives.

Practical (and very little theoretical) learning:  6x2hr-Labs | 3x1hr-mentoring/coaching sessions | no assignments or tests
